我家的2015情人节--《健身天仙配》

十八年，眨眼间，仿佛就在昨天，小鲜肉却已变成老柴肉 ：D 1                                                                      情人节，人家夫妻双双把花送，我家冷天去跑步。。 今年情人节，天气冷极了，5:30起床，气温零下3度。给温暖睡梦中的姐弟俩留了条 “爸爸妈妈去跑步了，你俩好好睡！Love" 。哆哆嗦嗦就出了门，迎着照阳，鼻子都要冻掉了。情人节5K，官方成绩，他跑了27分钟，我跑了42分钟。 速度不重要，重要的是坚持，两个人一起的坚持。 4 人过中年天过午，越来越看的明白。 所谓海誓山盟生死相依，其实拼的未必是恩爱，拼的更多的是体力。耗的过时光，就能成就令人艳羡的佳偶模范。耗不过时光，恩爱也就大打折扣。谁要是早早挂了，谁也就管不着谁谁在逍遥。想要一起白头到老，先要把自己身体搞好。 我们今年年初买了一整年的健身计划。每周一次，每次30分钟。虽然是短短30分钟的训练，每次都要胳膊疼屁股疼肚子疼整整3天。小教练特别享受我呲牙咧嘴狰狞变形的啊啊声，我一大叫，她就觉得对了，练到位了！ 5 6 我还做不了full chin up，只能做assisted。重量每2周调整一次。越来越像女汉子。：） 7 lunge是每次两组，一组原地，一组行走。 8 step up leg up, 每次都做。现在越做越高。 9 我们俩的2/14当天的 training record。仅供参考，自己在家就可以，很见效。 10 花店里的花，我借来用 ：D 朋友圈看来的，情人节，一定要听到的三句话： 1.You're beautiful 2.I love you 3.Nice butt  如果他还没说，哼哼~~~ 谢谢收看，祝姐妹们后情人节依旧快乐！ ：D
