[活动]比基尼之约 盘中餐之爱

大概2年前，刚刚开始在70村跟网友一起加油减肥的时候，我和舞女相约，每年一套比基尼，一直拍到70岁。 年龄只会一年更比一年老，容颜只会一年更比一年残，肉皮只会一年更比一年松，波霸也会变平川。岁月沧桑，臭美不改。不管能穿不能穿都要快乐的穿，只要还有胆量不去遮遮掩掩，自信与健康就会永远相随 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 我家先生前段时间减肥，我每天把饭菜做好装在盘子里，以此来控制他的晚餐摄入量。总共10周，他减了14磅。但后来因为工作压力大饮食不规律，体重又反弹回一些。那些朴朴素素的家常菜盘中餐见证我曾经浓浓的爱。 9 10 11 感谢我家老黄牛，父亲节拉着全家去海边玩儿。他说，你们都开开心心快快乐乐的就是我最好的父亲节礼物。夫爱如山，大爱无言。。 12 谢谢收看，祝天下所有的父亲们幸福健康！
