1. generally it is good to have the same schedule most of the times, but you can be flexible on weekends, certainly if you stay late to watch a movie, you can get up a bit late to make up for the sleep, do whatever you feel good about, pretty easy isn't it.

2. of course she needs to shave. what is so difficult to figure out? if you are hairy then you shave, if not, then don't. pretty easy isn't it.
