I have the vogue december issue. your first picture:

 the vogue December issue caught my eyes:   the cover,  the actress Jessica Chastain  dressed as 19世纪 英国 新古典 主义pre-raphaelites  painting.  (   Frederic Leighton 's  flaming June) there are quite a few pictures. only  the cover one close to the painting. it is quite amazing.  I  checked my art history book, Frederic Leighton is not selected ,  but his painting (the flaming June) is  雕 塑一般。
the second picture I want to mention is  sophie  turner  in D&C ,she dressed as 文艺复兴  era court lady. it is quite beautiful too. 
I bet you enjoying  the vogue December issue as I did.
