I think there are two key points:

1. Find what we love doing.
2. Do a variety of exercises in each of the categories of cardio, muscle conditioning, stretching and flexibility.

Maybe I should add: Have injury prevention in mind (warming up beforehand, cooling down afterwards, stretching and flexibility training, these are all crucial to injury prevention).

I don't have systematic training in sports/exercises. I just have a lot of interest in this and have read quite a bit. And, having worked out regularly for more than 12 years and having had some injuries, I learned a lot along the way.

I appreciate what you do for this forum, and I'm happy if I could help a little. I can't contribute anything to the fashion aspect, but I do feel that being fit is a big part of looking beautiful.
