求助贴：欧洲英国美国衣服尺码

各位姐姐妹妹们，我刚从国内到英国工作，看大家讨论风衣好想买哦，可是大家推荐的好多是在美国或者欧洲的网站，尺码和英国不一样。我被尺码搞晕了。在网上也查了，还是晕。我身高160，在英买裙子要petite的8号较合适，外套是8 号.

还有在英国从美国网站买东西加关税吗？因为现在是住在威尔士附近的一个小镇，网购是最方便的。 经济实力只够买中档的衣服，大牌的只能现在看看，留待以后彩票中大奖后买。

恳请大家指点，以前光顾读书了不知道打扮自己，乍一经觉女人需打扮，青春只剩下了尾巴, 所以常在LT潜水向大家学习。
