失败的整牙，给大家做教训

我的牙其实还算整齐，但有些向外。

10几岁时，我妈带我去问过，听说要拔4颗牙就算了。

这等到了30几了，觉的不折腾有遗憾， 拔牙还是舍不的，患得患失害死人。咨询了几个牙医，最后方案是带传统牙箍，稍打磨。 带了一年多，很烦，吃个东西要善后半天，笑也不敢笑。

整完了，觉的效果很小，而且牙齿非常敏感，连漂白都不敢用了。得不偿失。

所以，女人要想美，就要对自己狠一点。
