没有拉链的knee high boots

最近试了几双没有拉链的knee high boots，挺合适的，就是脱鞋很困难。请问JM们有什么妙招吗？担心买了后，因为不易脱而闲置。或者推荐既舒服皮质又好带拉链的knee high boots。我喜欢stacked heel, 高度不超过2 inches。谢谢！
