我以为一个健康的公司，SG&A 不应该超过revenue的10%。
SG&A 是指 Selling General and Administrative 。
包括所有sales， marketing ，administrative，accounting，hr，IP，。。。。的全部费用。CFO，CSO，corp consel 的开销都在里面。
