Same skirt, who wears it better? (图)

The first one is Wendy. The 2nd look is from another fashion blog. They featured the same skirt today. I think the 2nd one is better. Wendy's jacket is too complicated with the big bow and the bag also competes attention with the skirt. The 2nd one is better because it makes the skirt the center piece and keep the rest simple. The only thing is the coat will cover the skirt unless worn open. What do you think?
