Amazon 卖假货？

我很喜欢amazon 很多东西在上面买，觉得很多好deal,可以我最近买一瓶Peter Thomas Roth的cream, 觉得不对劲，后来去Peter Thomas Roth官网一查，amzon的那家供应商paylessBeauty 被官网列为不在授权范围内，这不等于说是假货吗？我有点搞不懂了，这些没有授权的网站怎么可以继续卖？美国不是最讲法律了吗？我以为amazon 这样的买家最重信誉，怎么可以这样呢？以后都不敢去他家买了，说不定都是中国做的假货。
