Brand Name Quality Issue

I happen to come across a minor problem with one handle of my LV speedy handbag.  I never had this problem before.  So I brought it to the store right away.  The sales manager studied the handle closely and decided to replace both for free. It was a good customer service experience for me.   Here are a few tips for 姐妹们。

1. Bring the item to the store right after spotting a problem

2. Always leave the store your contact info after each purchase

3. Present the problem and let them figure out the best solution.  They want your business again and will give you the best service possible.  When I was in the store, I was offered water, free parking and many apologies.
