比如:曲腿起坐;曲腿一条腿搭另一条腿起坐时一手肘去碰另一边的膝盖(连我自己都CONFUSED了:)),这种姿势练腰侧;双腿曲起悬空起坐;侧卧起坐;双腿向上伸直起坐;平躺双腿伸直抬起。我就这几种了,单练一种是坚持不下来的,太BORING。希望有帮助!
