gym question

Sorry that I cannot type Chinese here. I wear contact lenses, and feel like there is a great lot of extra work dealing with them at the gym... taking them off before the shower and putting them back in. Besides, I don't see others do the same thing. I believe there are many people wearing contact lenses. Do they simply wear them to the shower? Any suggestions are welcomed.
