姐妹们， 臭美到脚丫儿，你准备好了么:))？

夏天快到了， 很快就要光着脚丫，拖着人字拖或是各色的凉鞋，叭嗒叭嗒地走在夏日的阳光下了， 为了这一天，pamper your feet：））。 首先把工具弄齐，Ms Ｐedicure 1０1－－－－必须滴~~~！ 

 

两个foot separators， emery board，orange stick

 

foot cream，刷脚丫儿的小刷子，foot file

1，2，3最好是洗澡时照着把脚丫清洁好，因为这时脚丫的皮都泡软了:)),

不要忘了把脚后跟的死皮用foot file 挫掉噢。最后是把foot cream 涂上

然后我用这个蓝色的小kit，里面有一个用电池的小工具，

带着各种小attachment把趾甲修好，你也可以就用一套修趾甲的工具就好了。

选择一款心仪的nail polish。 nail polish remover：你可以用任何store or pro brand，

我不太讲究稗子但是提醒姐妹们最好买non acetone 的，因为acetone是一种非常aggressive的

solvent，非常harsh on nail，会让趾（指）甲非常容易脆和断裂。

还有棉签和棉块用来擦掉溢出到边上的nail polish，我一般坐在地上涂nail polish，

如果你觉得很费劲 就坐在桌边把一只脚抬起放到坐着的椅子上弄好了。

 

放上separator，途一层薄coat，然后等1０分钟，再涂第二层，再等1０分钟就干了。

最后穿上漂亮的凉鞋去夏日里叭嗒叭嗒地走远：））
