Spur-of-the-moment Buy (图)

We had two objectives going to the mall yesterday afternoon. One was to get pants for the kids, and the other was to hunt for a pair of pumps for myself.

Kids always come first to a mom, so we started with children's clothing stores. Our needs were soon fulfilled at Gymboree and The Children's Place, and my attention was then turned to shoe hunting.

While the kids stayed at Gymboree with Daddy, keeping themselves occupied by the childen's programs on TV in the store, I started the hunt for that perfect pair of shoes.

My search turned out not to be very successful - either the heels were too high, or the color was not quite right, or the heels were too chunky... I was getting frustrated and wandered into Ann Taylor, one of my favorite stores for business wears.

I tried two dresses. Still a novice at using iPhone to take own pictures, but I managed :-). The hands looked a bit scary, though..

I hope everyone would agree that #2 looked much better. And that's what I took home.
