Have to say that's ridiculous.

Any kind of exercise helps to build muscle. The key is to stretch before and after working out and to do exercises that improve our flexibility, so that the muscle can be long and lean.

I don't understand since when muscle has become an evil thing to have. Who doesn't need muscle? Our bones need strong muscle, to maintain its density. Our body needs muscle as well, to help burn fat. If not muscle, do we want to have fat instead?
