请问隐形内衣／塑乳 。。。(有图问）

要去参加公司annual party，是的，我们的是在１月。昨晚试了下以前买的BCBG cocktail dress。发现杯具了。因为母乳喂过孩子，乳房不再像重前坚挺。松弛了。导致穿上裙子前面感觉平塌塌的. 555~ 请问有没有隐形内衣, 塑乳垫什么的可以用？后面是露肩的，所以不可以有带子的。买这裙子的时候，孩子喂奶中。那时候胸部还没有缩水，所以感觉还挺好的，就买了。一次还没有穿出去过。款，颜色跟下面的类似。腰部没有蝴蝶节带子。就是收腰，正面有牌略闪，黑色装饰扣排的图案。大家快帮我出出主意。去哪里买垫胸，买哪种？
