Cut back your sugar intake. Limited your sugar intake to 15 gram a day. There many hidden sugar in the milk, fruits and vegetables. I just read a book-- Belly fat cure. This book pointed out that sugar is the key to melt your belly fat. Exercise won't be helpful if u take more than 15 gram sugar a day.
