妖精修炼心得

最近，被好多朋友感叹气色好，都寻摸着有何information 可以共享之, so :

1. 每日至少保证5种不同蔬果，蔬菜选organic，能生吃就生吃
2. 每日养颜粥2碗，（黑豆，赤豆，杏仁，麦片，糙米，红薯）
3. 每日蜂蜜水2杯
4. 每日核桃10枚
4. 每“周“咖啡4杯
5. 每月红肉1次
6. 每日红酒1杯
7. 每日full cream 酸奶300 g
8. 每日yoga1.5小时+ 高跟鞋步行20分钟
9. 每日心无邪念，心存感恩
10. 每日11点心如止水上床
11. 每日卸妆彻底，磨面，敷面一周两次。沐浴时，勿忘脚跟，手肘去角质
12. 每日携带眼霜，am补两次， pm补两次，黄昏夕阳下沉之时，补1次
13. 每日想象自己是个new born baby,一切只不过刚刚开始..
14.每日撒娇数次（要在旁人的承受范围之内）
15.每日拥抱一次，若前不着村，后不着店者，可以自抱2.5次
16.每周烦恼时间不超过600 秒
17.每月性幻想一次 （因为现实太残酷）但切勿深陷泥潭，不能自拔
18.可以勾引，可以暧昧，可以调情，但谢绝恋爱--伤神，伤身，伤荷包！
