大顶坚持!!. I'm 42, 165cm, 135lbs always. I walk 5 mils Mon to Fri only (I have to. Don't like driving)and eat what I want always. I wish I could lose 5lbs. Should I? I'm not really confident with my weight. Any good ideas?
