For the MM who have straight hair, how do you take care of your

How do you take care of your hair in the morning to make it straight?
My hair is a little wavy, and I sure do not have a lot of time to take care of it in the morning between dressing myself up and taking care of my baby. Sometimes, if I have a few more minutes, I will use the iron board, but it doesn't work that well. So by the time when I get ot my office, my hair will be all wavy and frizzy. What product do you use to keep the hair straight? Any tricks? Thanks.
