my complaint is that she always walking on the edge of the dress code. People from other departments complaint about it when they have visitors. It puts me in awkward situation. I tried to talk to her but she takes it defensively. The difference between bankers and constructions workers is that bankers come to the office in suits and construction workers come in jumpers. It’s very unprofessional to ware jumpers to deal with the bankers but it’s fine when you deal with construction workers.
