她是你co-worker吗，是，就无视她，人家穿什么是人家的自由

若你是老板你就炒掉她。

现在非常正经的说，如果她的穿着没有伤害到你，你真的无权干涉她的自由。还有你如果只是善意的希望能够提高她自己的着装品味，干脆陪她去逛商场然后顺便给她hint不是更婉转些吗。
