1. Very nice color and patches
2. If the bag shapes differently (i.e. big rectangle) with shorter belt, it would be a great highlight
3. The shape and length of the belt make the bag "ugly". I would use words like "out of date" or "old woman"
4. If your friend is around 40, who is not stylish but loves quality items, this bag could be a very good choice
