help, 心慌意乱

jm们，快死掉了，period快来了，感觉浑身发热，肚子也在bloating,晚上也睡不好，胡思乱想，做什么都不对，特别没耐心，烦死了，我有在吃一些药，但是好像对情绪没有什么太大的作用，怎么办？
想去看医生。
