留学生在美国的工作问题

我女儿加拿大孩子，今年录了斯坦福，她想学工程或法律，我要求她读完回来，她也愿意，想问一下加拿大孩子在美国找工作留下容易吗？我不愿意她经历留学生的磨难，没必要。不过大概率孩子放飞了就回不来了。
