国内妈妈想陪女儿在家美国留学读中学和大学，可行吗？

家境好，老公在国为是房地产大老扳，老婆生了孩子就辞职做了全职妈妈，小学在上海陪读，现中学想去美国陪读，这种情况多么？没绿卡可以吗？
