
材料:干豆腐片、用料酒和生姜煮熟后冷却的鸡胸肉、开洋(晒干的虾仁)、鸡 汤、鲜虾仁、小油菜或者小白菜、火腿(可有可无) 1、将干豆腐片切成细丝,在沸水里浸烫两次,淋其中的水分备用;如果有耐心 就用豆干切成细丝来做; 2、把开洋加入料酒,隔水蒸透或用温水发开,把鸡肉撕成丝; 3、将鸡汤入锅烧沸,加入放入干丝、鸡肉、开洋、火腿用旺火烧沸后,加入料 酒、盐,转小火煮30分钟加进鲜虾仁,然后放进小油菜一起装盘起锅。
