S:

Pros, Weather, Freedom of Major/Double Major, Entrepreneurship spirit

Cons: Competitive Culture, No residential college, 

Y:

Pros: Happier student body, strong residential college, strong alumni connection

Cons: Location,  falling reputation

P:

Pros: Strong academic rigor, strong residential college, strong alumni connection

Cons: Grade deflection, no double major.
