GPA 4.13, SAT 1330.，只能上社区大学吗？

没有LEADSHIP,没有特长，也没参加过什么比赛更没有什么奖项，GPA 4.13, SAT 1330.

学校的COUNSELOR让孩子报社区大学。

德州不错的高中，娃说学校排名30%。

请问这个成绩真的只能上社区大学了吗？
