怎么提高sat成绩？

老大7年级，上个月参加了一个sat 考试，因为学校推荐，当然这个成绩没有任何用，我们只是用来测试一下她

到底怎么样。 今天收到结果，才1130，非常失望。 她在学校里面还行，虽然不是最好。 我们也一直放任，没有抓，因为老师一只说好。 今天这个成绩敲了一下钟，她的朋友里面最好的有1380，是个小中男。 我们这里的学校在我们城市算好的，可是比起东西两岸要差很多。 所以以前她的感觉还很好。
