比大盘鸡更健美的《大盘蛤》

上月做完大盘鸡感觉大盘子好像没用了，上周某天吃了意大利经典简餐Linguine Clams (蛤面），觉得这东东很新鲜而且有地中海风味，便于昨天试做一下，主要不同处是俺用了美国的芥蓝。

最重要的是，蛤蜊要新鲜的，沒开口的也没冰冻过。还有就是蒜，橄榄油与少量的酒,等等。
