注册公司的税务选择

注册LLC, 停在税务选项上, 请大神们说说像我这种情况该选哪个:

- Corporate Income and Franchise Tax Account

- Other Revenue Tax Account (Composite Individual Income Tax or Fiduciary Account)

- Unemployment Insurance Account

- No accounts Needed

 

公司情况:

1. 公司没有其他雇员, 就我自己;

2. 公司没有买进和卖出, 只作 Consult;
