申请大学时如何递送额外的科研推荐信

小女今年申请大学，她暑假时在一大学做科研，请问如何在大学申请中提交教授的推荐信呢？

是在Comm App上邀请该教授作为other recommender 吗？还是让教授直接把推荐信email给大学admission office呢？多謝建议！
