海保机 was told to hold at point C5 waiting permission to enter runway to take off.

阴差阳错， 海保机就越过了point C5, 进了跑道。这个C5 又正是日航客机降落的着地点。

海保机机长在医院醒过来，对调查人员说，他被塔台cleared to take off. But there is no  record to  show that is the case. 他是不是震糊涂了?

 Stop bar lights 不工作， but experts point out there are other things like painted markings which show where aircraft needed to stop short of runway。

总而言之， 还是海保机机长的错。

机场是不是也有点责任? 指示灯不工作，那条跑道是不是应该暂停使用?
