请教个问题，乐谱上怎么拉？谢谢！

小提琴曲，原来的4/4拍，怎么忽然变成了3/4拍？为什么没有一拍的休止符（红箭头处）？红箭头前的一拍要拉成一拍然后休息一拍，还是拉成两拍？谢谢！
