早上凉快，在后院走走，顺手给我的有机菜菜来几张特写

超市的生菜不好吃，很少买，自己种的，鲜嫩可口。

吸取教训，分3批播种，陆续有得吃

 

 

 

部分的羽衣甘蓝，每天薅几叶，加酸奶水果打果汁

 

 

第一批的韭菜，这是头茬，可以收割的了

 

 

超市空心菜买回来后，留下杆，继续种，可以吃整个夏季，且耐高温

 

米苋，是去年留下种子继续种，已经收过一茬了的，米苋黄鱼羹我喜欢的

 

 

芦笋，是种一次可吃10年，抵消通货膨胀，值得推广哈哈哈
