看看川普这个人，是不是有毛病，是否适合当总统

法律规定总统的批示或写的文字都要归档的。而川总跟个小P孩似的，经常把文件撕碎，还不听人劝，

这可苦坏秘书了，经常要干把他撕碎的纸片拼粘起来的苦差事。你如果不是总统，这些破纸，撕了就撕了，别人也不会费那么大劲去拼接。
