现在的问题是证据严重不足。

我举个例子。

我有次开车有点分心在一个大弯道的时候没有注意到前面出了车祸，紧急刹车不及撞了前面的皮卡。警察给我开了罚单。我坚持出庭。出庭当天政府律师要求我认罪可以减轻点处罚。其实我可以选择上课不上记录。但我说我要见法官。轮到我首先警察说当时这个情况只有用ruthless driving来解释。他具体说了一些推断，是他几十年当警察的经验之谈。轮到我，我问警察什么时候called 911？什么时候你到达现场？那么你在车祸后大约10分钟到达现场？就是说你没有亲眼看到我ruthless driving？警察说我没有看到但要推断你ruthless driving不是难事。我跟法官说我问完了。法官当场宣判，证据不足，case dismissed。然后跟我说，薯先生你可以走了。

所以不管数学模型多么精致，都不可能成为证据。作为数学本科毕业生，我可以很肯定的说bye done 作弊票下限?1000万上限4000万票。如果这是一场学术讨论，川叔早就赢了。
