川普加了25%关税之后的结果是：下游制造商只好提高成本。他想要帮钢铁业，结果害了汽车业，机械业。Federal Reserve的估计是：这关税有可能增加了1,000个钢铁业的就业，然后减少了其他制造业75,000名的就业。这叫：捡了芝麻，丢了西瓜。
