Every American knows the mid-to-low end manufacturing

is not to be relocated back to the US.  The key is to reshuffle the supply chain, hopefully, away from being too dependent on China to other places that impose less threat to the US.  They might be Southeast Asia, India, Mexico and/or other Central and South American countries.  China has successfully demonstrated to the whole world this time how vicious it may turn itself and how damaging its "leadership" may be.  Job well done!
