自我评价和别人对自己的评价有时会很不一样，比如

我一直认为自己小时候学习较好，但不很用功。十几年前回国，听当年的班主人向别人介绍我，说我那时学习比较努力，但成绩一般。言下之意我比较笨。。。。我好不容易建立起来的自信心受到打击。。。
