上几道新做的抗疫菜

其实是正式拜山头以后姐在这里混，望各位大侠多多关照

家里鲜货充足的时候，画风是这样式儿的（多种奶酪意大利饺子，过水baby kale, tobasco辣酱腌的鸡腿肉，空气炸锅伺候）：

黄金牛肚和牛筋，用一点姜黄粉和韩国辣酱调色，别忘了加点胡椒粉，这样姜黄的作用才可以被发掘出来：

夹带私货上张以前炒糖色作的五花肉，现在懒了，用一点老抽代替：

现在的宵夜，不然蹲家里很难熬的：

鲜货差不多的时候如果不想出门，就用存货（各种脱水干菜，网购的）还有咸肉碎（Costco有，特别合算）做粗米饭，粗米最好提前泡一夜，口感更佳。Costco买的蒜瓣，用苹果醋腌一大瓶，可以作小菜吃：

又到点下去琢磨吃的了。。。
