求解惑

有关用CT确诊的问题。为什么不是x-ray? 我的理解是，CT可以立体订位，x-ray就是一个二维片子。可是看是不是有肺炎X-ray 就可以了，又不需要定位做手术。X-ray 会不会快很多？ 懂得的同学帮我回答一下？
