威灵顿牛排配蘑菇酱；荷兰焦糖饼配咖啡

网上的方子很多，我就不多写了

可以一起分享注意之点

我自己是比较喜欢蘑菇酱（Mushroom duxelles)，而红酒熬蘑菇酱是必须的. 425F ，22分钟，牛排大概5央司，出来火候正好

Stroopwafel. 荷兰焦糖饼（也有其他夹心的）. 其吃法是放在热的咖啡，或者茶杯上，利用热气，让夹心的焦糖融化变软，再配着咖啡或者茶. 这一块的热量，还可以接受，130大卡，比那凤梨酥要少70大卡
