开吃了! 新年晚餐!

我今天上第一波新年晚餐! 餐具是法国的瓷器品牌GIEN, Chevrefeuille系列。

这套红色的餐具一般是过年过节的时候摆出来用的。配了相同花色的餐巾纸。

这个装花的小瓷篮子是在乡下的卖场里淘出来的，很小巧可爱。

开胃的小点用了Fauchon的成品:

有三文鱼配鳟鱼鱼籽; 鹅肝酱配芒果和菠萝酱; Comté奶酪配小香葱和葡萄果仁面包。

头道是传统的鹅肝酱，今年配的吐司面包特别好吃，其实口感有些蛋糕的感觉。搭配用的是无花果果酱。

新学会的煎扇贝的方法，油烧热之后正反各煎2分钟，出来的成品保持着食材自身的鲜美味道，但是又柔软嫩滑。

配菜用的是两种蘑菇，用蚝油点了颜色和味道。

大厨夫人也赞同现在不少法式创新菜采用一些东方的料理元素，我这道香煎扇贝蘑菇就是如此了。
