reasons:

1) What drove Costco to China now, when everyone else is running away from China? Greed.

2) Almost all of it's products are made in China and selling in China.  How far it can go to maintain it's quality control, and against it's original motive to come to China?

I wouldn't trust the quality of Costco in China.
