早起话事: 女人的手

古人形容女人的手的诗句很多，比如"红酥手，黄藤酒"、"纤纤手，拂面垂丝柳"，但是在我印象里最深的一句是: "手若柔荑，肤如凝脂", 这个柔荑是指什么呢？是指茅草的嫩芽，表示极其的柔软细腻。

清代的文学家李渔在《闲情偶寄 声容部》中从不同方面论述了女人的美，其中他说: 手以"纤纤玉指"为最美，但具有"纤纤玉指"的女子太少，"十百之中，不能一二靓也"，因而在"或嫩或柔，或尖或细之中，取其一得"就可以了。由此可见求一双完美的手是万不得一的。

手生得好是先天的，但是后天还需要保养。古时候有慈禧太后，每天手上戴着护甲不事劳作，但是现在的女性大多是出门拎箱子进门舞菜刀，所以要养成一双既要用来弹钢琴也要用来和面的手不是那么容易的事。

作为一位爱美但是又十指沾满阳春水的女性，我自己有几个护手的心得:

1 护手霜随身带，每次涂抹的量要多，直到皮肤完全吸收，没有干涩感。

2 尽量不要涂指甲油，因为随着年龄的增长，这种健康自然的指甲色越来越珍贵。

3 适当的服用一些补充指甲营养的维生素或者矿物质。

4 最好不要过度的使用自己的双手，比如在花园里徒手拔草。
