元宵节酒酿元宵鸡蛋~~~~~

元宵节，吃元宵，其实是汤圆，说元宵顺口点

我喜欢跟酒酿和鸡蛋一起煮，三个汤圆，一个鸡蛋，两大匙酒酿，吃下去暖心暖胃. 糯米之类，一直是我的最爱，但现在不敢像以往那样奢侈了，细水长流的吃法比较适合:)

关于鸡蛋的种类，美国市场常见的几种：

Organic eggs：有机，是指喂养的食料,不是指饲养方式

Cage free eggs: 在谷仓(大仓)里喂养的鸡

Free range eggs: 比上面的cage free 的鸡多了点自由活动的时间，就是说可以去大自然透透气放放风

Pastured eggs：放养，鸡在农场大自然下自由活动，吃虫子为主等，就是国内农村喂养的方式.这种鸡蛋的营养价值丰富全面

虽然有人说各种鸡蛋没啥不一样，但是我自己还是喜欢pastured的鸡蛋，再其次是有机的:)

这个帖，又跟吃喝有关，但，别又光看到吃了，LOL

有机鸡蛋和pastured 鸡蛋的对比，左边的有机，右边的pastured 的，蛋黄颜色明显不一样

 

我煮的荷包蛋有型有款的，哈哈. 酒酿，很多年前在菜摊发过论文级别的帖子，我做的酒酿，不只捂好后成型，煮透后也不易散开

 

 

前两天的跟鸡蛋有关的早餐brunch. Poached eggs with Avocado toast

 

 

Shakshuka，应该算是以色列的国菜了吧. 也是老公喜欢的之一:).以色列人用其做早餐，午餐，晚餐.早餐呢，多配面包为主，toasted 过的面包蘸着酱汁，吃完可以舔手指头那种，哈哈
